Dyed Studios: Exciting New Artist studio and Wellington Art gallery.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

DYED started as a glint in the eye of five Wellington-based art buddies in 2022, to have a working studio space in the heart of the city with gallery space to share and celebrate Realist Art. A little more than a year later we opened to the public.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You may have seen us drawing portraits ‘old school style’ en masse at events like Cuba Dupa and the NZArt Show and other fairs. The gallery which also houses our studio workspaces at 193 Victoria are, our visitors keep telling us, a hidden gem in Wellington, where the public can get close up to work in progress and chat with the artists. This is a unique experience in Wellington.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Ethos of DYED is to be welcoming to all and to reduce the barriers to accessing contemporary representational Wellington Art.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
